How does the KidsBeeTV free trial work?

Try KidsBeeTV FREE for 7 days! If you enjoy your KidsBeeTV trial, do nothing and your subscription will automatically continue for as long as you choose to remain with us.

Cancel anytime before your trial ends and you won’t be charged. There’s no complicated contract, no cancellation fees, and no commitment. Cancel on your App store anytime, 24 hours a day.

What is included when I subscribe to KidsBeeTV?

Access to over 5,000 kid-friendly videos with more added every month. Every single kids’ video episode on the app has been approved by our teacher community and several of them contain 3-to 5 educational quiz questions. On top of the videos, a series of fun quiz games are included, and we are always adding new features to the kids’ shows app.

Do I need an internet connection to use the app?

Yes, you need an internet (Wi-Fi or mobile data) connection to watch the tv shows for kids.

How do I find out in what app store I created my account?

Are you unsure how or where did you subscribed?

Verify the subscription confirmation email to find out, check your payment receipts, or the charge on your statement.

Tap KidsBeeTV in the email search area > search for a subscription confirmation email subject:

The subscription confirmation email will show one of the app stores’ names: Apple, Google, or Amazon.

Why the KidsBeeTV App doesn’t open?

Due to different kinds of updates like operating system software updates, app stores updates, and/or KidsBeeTV updates, the app could not be able to run properly on your device. The most common issue is when the app doesn’t even open. In this case, you should follow these steps:

  1. Go to the app store
  2. Search for KidsBeeTV
  3. Enter the KidsBeeTV app store
  4. Click Update
  5. Open the app

If the update button is not visible, you need to follow these steps:

  1. Delete the app
    Download it again
  2. Open the app and login (in the top right corner in the video introduction area)
  3. Introduce your credentials

Why the videos inside KidsBeeTV are not loading?

There are three common situations that lead to slow video loading while watching KidsBeeTV: 

  • You are using internet data instead of Wi-Fi (depending on what country you are in, there are some internet data networks that just don’t work well enough.
  • Your device is in an area where the internet data or the Wi-Fi network is with a poor connection.
  • The device battery is low.

How do I cancel my KidsBeeTV subscription?

We’re sorry to see you go! :disappointed_relieved:

Please note that uninstalling the KidsBeeTV app will not cancel the subscription.

If you subscribed through any of the app stores below please note that we cannot manage your membership for you, due to the app stores’ strict privacy policy.

The cancellation process varies depending on the platform through which you subscribed.

After canceling, you will be able to access KidsBeeTV for the remaining time for which you have paid.

After that date, your subscription will expire and you will not receive any further charges.

Are you unsure how you did subscribed to KidsBeeTV?

Verify the subscription confirmation email to find out, check your payment receipts, or the charge on your statement.

Tap KidsBeeTV in the email search area > search for a subscription confirmation email subject:

  • If your confirmation email is from “Apple” you have registered via the Apple Store;

  • If your confirmation email states “Google/Google Play” you have registered via Google Play;

What are the most common reasons why do subscriptions charges happen?

  • All the subscriptions are renewed automatically. You will be charged once every billing period (monthly or annually) unless you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the subscription renews. For example, if you start a monthly KidsBeeTV subscription on Jun 5th, you must cancel before July 4th to avoid being charged.
  • A family member has signed up for KidsBeeTV without the card holder’s knowledge.
  • A user creates multiple accounts and receives more than one charge

How to request a refund?

We at magikbee understand that accidents happen.

Unfortunately, app stores manage all their subscriptions and purchases directly. That is to say, we are not able to manage customer refunds.

How to resubscribe KidsBeeTV on Amazon?

If you cancel your subscription on the Amazon App Store you will need to set up your subscription again.

How to resubscribe KidsBeeTV on Google Play?

If your subscription is canceled, but still active.

  1. Open the Google Play app.

  2. At the top right, tap the profile icon.

  3. Tap Payments & Subscriptions.

  4. Select the subscription you want to restart.

  5. Tap Resubscribe.

  6. Follow the instructions.

If your subscription is canceled but has expired.

If you cancel your subscription and the remaining time on your subscription has expired, set up your subscription again.

How to resubscribe KidsBeeTV on Apple Store?

How to resubscribe on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

  1. Go to Settings;

  2. Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions;

  3. Tap the KidsBeeTV subscription;

  4. Select the option to resubscribe.

What if I don’t want my child to watch a particular tv show?

Inside the app home screen, you will find an icon at the top right corner that leads you to the parents’ dashboard. 

There, you can set up different areas manually like customize user categories accordingly to a child’s or parent’s preferences.

How is KidsBeeTV different to YouTube Kids?

KidsBeeTV video content is curated by real-life teachers and, unlike YouTube Kids, doesn’t rely on an algorithm or computer program to filter videos.

Unfortunately, inappropriate material occasionally makes it through the YouTube Kids filters. That can’t happen with our safe video app.
